Twelve volunteers who are members of the Catch the Ace initiative were also honored with a Citizen Recognition Award.
That same week Doug Anthony, received King Charles III’s Coronation Medal from provincial MPP Stéphane Sarrazin in recognition of his exceptional contributions to the community. For six weeks, Ottawa residents will be able to take advantage of a special shuttle that will run directly between the Chapel Hill Park and Ride and the Blair Intermodal Station. The project, launched on March 3, aims to increase ridership at the Chapel Hill Park and Ride and provide a quick connection to the Blair Station. Previous routes were deemed too long and inconvenient, said Catherine Kitts, councillor for Ward 19 Orléans-Sud-Navan. This pilot project will end on April 26, 2025.
