Future costs of continued population growth in Russell Township include additional water from the City of Ottawa, with costs not specified, and a new wastewater treatment plant with costs estimated between $50 million and $115 million. This does not include potential costs of expansion of the 417 Industrial Park between Vars and Embrun.
